It’s a full Moon 🌕 in Libra ♎️ today. Clocking in at 10:22AM in the Sunshine Coast this morning 13 April.&nbsp;The Sun is in Aries ♈️ , illuminating (or confronting) our sense of Identity, our true sense of Self.&nbsp;This is adjacent transiting Chiron which represents our deepest (childhood/abandonment) wound.&nbsp;Eris, the goddess of discord - is also transiting here, adjacent Chiron and the Sun ☀️ .These are ALL opposite, the Moon in Libra ♎️ - Libra symbolizes how we enter into relationships.&nbsp;** How do we do so and with what identity?&nbsp;** Do you enter relationships fearlessly with your Soul?&nbsp;** Or are you choosing and deciding based on abandonment wounds or old Identities/ old trauma?&nbsp;🔂 All old identities have their own (dysfunctional) belief system. They all have their old core values system. All largely anchored in fear of survival.&nbsp;CORE VALUES (yours and mine) take centre stage here. 💥 It’s been on centre-stage for a while. This is all Venus (Ruler for Libra ♎️).&nbsp;🤕 [Physical Health] This spells the tug of war — between our Soul’s core needs for love and connection, wrestling with all these old (incompatible and inconsistent) identities more anchored in fear of survival.✨✨ We are naturally wired&nbsp; to seek connection and express our longing for unity and exchange.[Physical Health] TENSION: This tension and wrestle between our innate Soul needs, and all these old survival identities — lands in the PHYSICAL body. You will feel it as that physical stress behind the neck, the entire back, shoulders, hands; feel around your teeth, your gums, your jaw, does the abdomen have tension (?), calf muscles, and feet.&nbsp;IT IS the Discord - the Gap - between your Soul (who you really are and what you really need), and your Human identity (how you self-protect and deny your Soul/ your self what you REALLY need.) - this latter is how your survival coping mechanisms are trying to Control things.&nbsp; ✨🌕✨ The perpetial tension between fearless (Soul) faith/ surrender, and/ versus the (Human) need to control.What you tell yourself you need and what you really need, are two vastly different things.✨💚Life could be so simple and fearless.&nbsp;And yet compassionately, all of us are frozen in our deepest fear of rejection. Which explains our procrastination, which arises from a deep fundamental fear of Self/Soul Annihilation.&nbsp;✨✨ Is the world a safe place for my Soul? 🌎&nbsp;That has been the deepest most fundamental question we’ve subconsciously asked ourselves since we were babies, and is the main subconscious driver in ALL our decisions today as adults.&nbsp;And it is what has created the world 🌎 into the unsafe place it is today. A result of a world predominantly driven by this deepest wound and fear.&nbsp;Our world 🌎 faces so many challenges right now. From facism, to rising cost of living, misinformation, all these pressures have generated widespread mental, physical, and financial ill health.&nbsp;🤕 Let’s face it - it is easier to feel collapsed and overwhelmed. The global environment is far from conducive for the Soul to thrive.&nbsp;It is difficult to write about these things.&nbsp;We are faced with so many pressures right now that it is easier to feel collapsed than thriving.&nbsp;Denzel Washington said: "You only live once. So do what you feel passionate about. Take chances professionally. Don't be afraid to fail. Don't be afraid to fail big; to dream big. But remember dreams without goals are just dreams, and they ultimately fuel disappointment. So have dreams, but have goals: life goals, yearly goals, monthly goals, daily goals. Simple goals. But have goals. And understand that to achieve these goals, you must apply discipline and consistency—every day, not just on Tuesday and miss a few days. You have to work at it every day. You have to plan every day.&nbsp;You've heard the saying 'we don't plan to fail; we fail to plan.' Hard work works. Working really hard is what successful people do."—-Now, I’ve never been an advocate for linear goals, nor for hyper-vigilance and hyper-production.&nbsp;So I wouldn’t carry this that far.&nbsp;But in light of that POV, and all the chaos this mad mad world is currently going through, this is what I recommend taking 15 minutes to do daily.&nbsp;This is what I’ve adopted doing daily for these next 15 days:LIST YOUR TOP 5 CORE VALUES (what you cherish and value the most). Write it daily. You’ll be surprised by what remains and what falls off your top 5.1.2.3.4.5.LIST FIVE THINGS YOU FEEL GRATEFUL FOR:&nbsp;1.2.3.4.5.** When I practice gratitude, what I find is it brings my frequency back to a re-set. But I need to write it down. The act of WRITING ✍🏼 brings me to a Re-Set, specially when the mind starts festering into a rut.LIST FIVE TASKS TO DO TODAY. Mine are&nbsp;1. Hang up new curtain rails and curtains2. Paint tenancy wall3. Write letter to council for road regrade4. Send out letter to neighbours for signatures&nbsp;5. Keep clearing the house - list three redundant items lying around for sale (barn doors, big fridge, bar fridge)—-&nbsp;I must admit, this has been one of the harder posts to write ✍🏼 .&nbsp;We live in an age of public moral self-aggrandisement, misinformation, and virtual claims to efficacy - ALL ILLUSION.In everyday life, I observe majority of actions around tend to be more short-sighted, less sustainable (ultimately) and more focused on personal advantage.✨✨ It is now more important than ever — to ground yourself in bite size daily practices or rituals — short ones that claim Focus and Traction for your self.&nbsp;I find myself doing something like this simple exercise ☝️ for a small commitment of time, say for 5 straight days at first. I keep the journal and pen 🖊️ at the same dedicated meditation 🧘‍♀️ spot. To support me to see it and do it for another five days, and then another five days. This is supporting myself to gain momentum and physicsl traction, when things feel overwhelming.&nbsp;❤️ It is Self-Help. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you need to help your self.&nbsp;—-💕ON RELATIONSHIPS: Reflection points -&nbsp;** The greatest and deepest love brings you into conflict with your previous truth about yourself. It confronts you - not with romance, but with yourself, your masks, your fear.&nbsp;** Which people do you avoid connecting with because you know deep down that they would offer you the most growth? Do you want to continue to build relationships on the back of glamour, harmony, image, and majority?&nbsp;** Where is your moral Achilles heel?
