What a big question.&nbsp;If my son chose a partner who was “me” i.e. operating as I do, perceiving and behaving just like I do. How would I feel?I don’t have a son, I’ve had to step into imagining &amp; feeling what it would be like to raise a son for a sec…&nbsp;Obviously I have daughters. I know how to raise my daughters - so far, I’ve raised them to be strong-willed, highly capable, sensitive, soulful, and loving young women.&nbsp;This question has made me realise, how my system and parenting has been over-compensating for both roles — the role of BOTH the father, and the mother.&nbsp;To raise a son - I would parent quite differently, actually.&nbsp;Which is interesting.&nbsp;For my daughters to imprint off a strong mother - has made sense so far.Now imagining raising a son — it makes me realise my “hardness” right now.So thank you for the question - I feel it really brings out skeletons from the closet as to what aspects we really need to work on, or is yet unfolding…&nbsp;I know that part of my journey these next 2 to 50 years, is integrating that marriage between the Sacred Masculine and the Sacred Feminine within me.&nbsp;Which my Soul is welcoming and embracing.&nbsp;Part of me still can’t really see the “full terrain” of “the Sacred Masculine” - and ALL that texture realm and terrain of transformation and transmutation really means and looks like… I have blind spots there. Even just listening to Lee’s “Sacred Masculine” track has made me aware of these blind spots..&nbsp;It’s the same with the “Sacred Feminine”… I feel I’m more familiar with this terrain, but I can’t say I can see the full extent and breadth of this entire realm and journey, all the way to the end of the horizon.&nbsp;So much has yet to be unravelled.&nbsp;And I know a sovereign partner will play a big part in that journey of my healing, learning, and integration.
